Our Principles and Philosophies

You will hear us speak often about the need to design a life instead of just earning a living.  In order for a person to accomplish that goal it's necessary to follow a clear set of guidelines.  The following principles have consistently worked for us:

• Our life priorities are our spiritual development, our families and our work.  While our work is certainly important and exciting, we won't do it 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• We choose to follow principles, not men.  Men sometimes change - principles don't.

• Our essential business philosophy is summed up in three questions:  Is it the truth?  Is there a need?  Is what we are doing beneficial to all concerned?  If the answer to any of these questions is "No," we will not be involved.

• Our corporate goal is to bring the finest products and services to the marketplace because we know that profits come from repeat sales.

• There is nothing more important than the needs of our sales associates in the field.  Our goal is to support and serve you in every way possible; however, we will first work with those who deserve our help - based upon their production and then with those who need our help.

• Our commitment is to help you achieve your goals.  We know that in that process we automatically achieve ours.  By working together, we can all win.

• We want our performance to speak for itself.  We Will Lead by Example and Judge by Results but we will make mistakes, and we need to be patient with each other.  We are building a strong, durable corporation, and it takes time to achieve great things.

• We believe that every person should become all that he or she can be.  Our responsibility is to provide an environment where this is possible.

• We choose to Create rather than Compete in the marketplace.

• We want to make the world a better place to live for all people.

• We realize that nothing happens by chance and that individuals must accept personal responsibility for their lives.

• We will help change the world by changing ourselves and by becoming all that we can be.

• We believe that CAPITALISM represents the greatest economic system in the world, and that people who are willing to develop a success consciousness can still create for themselves and their families a lifestyle without limits if they will only learn to dream again.
